Grace Life Community Church believes that Christians should give financially to the Lord as to provide for the continuation of the ministry God has entrusted us. However, we do not understand giving a compulsory and a legalistic way. What stays from the Old Testament “tithe” is the intent, not the tenth. Giving in this dispensation is a “grace-giving.”
Giving must be a grateful and jubilant response to God’s grace already operating in us. We should give not to gain something from God, but because He has already showered us with all spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 1:3). Our giving should be a voluntary act (2 Corinthians 8:3,4,8; 9:7); it should be systematic and regular (1 Corinthians 16:1,2); we should give according to our means (2 Corinthians 8:11,12; 1 Corinthians 6:2); and it should be a cheerful, generous and sacrificial giving (2 Corinthians 8:2; 9:7-11).
If you would like to give of the finances God has entrusted to you—either a one time gift or a regularly scheduled gift or offering—you can do so online by clicking the button below.
As you access our online giving service, you will notice that it is possible to use your Credit Card. Although we understand that some cards offer rewards, we ask that you use discernment in doing so because we do not desire anyone to accrue debt to give for our ministry.
